Celebrate Every Day

The cross.
Love unending. Love enduring.
Empty tomb revealing.
Death overwhelmed. Hell put in its place.
Newness of life eternal, made a reality.

Our punishment cost Christ His life, but it brought us new life. He took our place, but the good news is that His death wasn’t permanent. The LAMB, slaughtered in our place, set up our future. He took upon Himself the only way to bring us to righteousness—His self-less sacrifice.

We needed rescuing. God sent His Son to be THE RESCUERER of our souls. The blood of the Passover Lamb covered our sin so that we could be passed over by eternal death. With Christ’s submission to His reason for walking among man, it brought us, our redemption. Our Creator paid our debt, the debt we owed due to sin.

He became the Forsaken One to keep us from being forsaken before the Father.

One Life. One Resurrection. Our King Jesus.

Empty tomb

Celebrate every day, for the tomb remains empty.

We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ.
And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are.
For everyone has sinned; we fall short of God’s glorious standard.
Yet God, with undeserving kindness,
declares that we are righteous.
He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.
For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin.
People are made right with God
when they believe that Jesus sacrificed his life,
shedding his blood.
This sacrifice shows that God was being fair
when he held back and din not punish those who sinned in times past,
for he was looking ahead
and including them in what he would do in this present time.
God did this to demonstrate his righteousness,
for he himself is fair and just,
and he declares sinners to be right in his sight
when they believe in Jesus.
